Hi, I’m Joshua Adams!

My “one thing” is Empowering Talented People. It is what I was created to do. I thrive and get energy when others succeed.

I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) to bring clarity, accountability, and traction to their businesses. After years of building and leading organizations, I’ve seen firsthand how vision without traction leads to burnout, confusion, and stalled growth. EOS changed that for me. Now, I help others experience the same transformation; one focused day, one focused quarter at a time. I am particularly passionate about helping visionaries and their leadership teams live out their greater purpose!

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling or serving the community with my wife, Diana. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, 3rd generation Pittsburgh Steelers fan (it’s in my blood at this point!), enjoy cigars and old-fashioneds, love anything Lord of the Rings or Star Trek related, collect strategy board games, and I 3D print and hand paint tabletop miniatures. (Yes, I’m a huge nerd)
